By downloading, installing, or using any Haipeaksel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Apps.

2. License

Haipeaksel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is for the version of the App you have downloaded and does not include rights to any updates unless explicitly provided.

3. Purchases and Payments

Our Apps may be offered as a paid one-time purchase or as a free download with optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by the respective app store (Google Play). Haipeaksel does not handle payment information directly. Refund requests must be directed to the app store from which you purchased the App, subject to that store's refund policies. We do not offer subscription-based pricing.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our Apps.
• Use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense our Apps to third parties.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on our Apps.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and other materials within our Apps are the exclusive property of Haipeaksel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Haipeaksel name and logo are trademarks of Haipeaksel.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Haipeaksel does not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any data loss or device issues resulting from the use of our Apps, though we strive to build software that is reliable and stable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haipeaksel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability for any claim related to our Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
